I graduated in May 2024 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and wanted to design my grad cap as one of my last major projects at the school. I wanted to feature both my degrees from the school, Aeronautical Science and Air Traffic Management.
I started by creating the design on my iPad, then went and printed out all of the images at my library, and glued them all onto the cap. I used a special reflective material that changes color based on the lighting to make it stand out.
The final design features a Delta Air Lines 757-200 contacting Phoenix Departure control.
